About the Role

We are looking for an experienced
PLC Programmer
to join our Industrial Automation team. The candidate will be responsible for PLC programming, HMI/SCADA integration, machine commissioning, troubleshooting, and automation project execution.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and modify PLC programs for industrial automation systems.
- Program and troubleshoot PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, sensors, and control systems.
- Perform PLC I/O checking and field wiring verification.
- Develop HMI/SCADA screens and integrate them with PLC systems.
- Conduct machine testing, commissioning, and startup activities.
- Troubleshoot electrical and automation control circuits.
- Read and understand electrical control panel drawings.
- Work on-site for installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and customer support.
- Prepare PLC backups, documentation, and project-related reports.
- Coordinate with electrical, panel, and project teams to ensure timely project completion.





Required Skills
- Minimum
3 years of experience
in PLC programming and industrial automation.
- Robust knowledge of
PLC, HMI, SCADA, and VFD
systems.
- Experience with PLC platforms such as
Siemens, Mitsubishi, Delta, Schneider, or Allen-Bradley
.
- Good understanding of electrical control panels and industrial automation.
- Ability to read electrical drawings and troubleshoot control circuits.
- Knowledge of industrial communication protocols is an added advantage.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites for commissioning and service.

Education
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in
Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE), Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE), Instrumentation, or related field.
