Co ordination with Internal and External stakeholders for all Tech Projects pertaining to BajajGroup Partner (Credit Protect and Retail segment).
This will involve BRD Creations, Presentation to leadership, API Integrations and more.
What does the job entail?
- Responsible for all tech projects of Credit Protect & Retail business through BajajGroup partner.
- Lead project implementation by discussing the requirements with partner and engaging regularly with key stakeholders from project management and tech teams internally and externally.
- Ensuring health of the various APIs and their proper functioning as per expectations.
- Resolving any tech errors/issues that may occur during BAU activities by co-ordinating with internal tech teams.
- Keeping partner up to date with regards to all tech projects/issues with the timelines and adhering to the mentioned timelines
- Co-ordinating and taking approvals from all stakeholders regarding the implementation of the tech projects/changes
- Providing regular training to sales teams on how to use various tech capabilities efficiently.
