Key Responsibilities
- Project Updates to Clients
- Provide regular and timely project progress updates to clients.
- Coordinate with the concerned teams to collect accurate project status information.
- Ensure clients are informed about important developments, milestones, and completion status.
- Project Monitoring & Completion
- Closely monitor all ongoing projects from initiation to completion.
- Track project timelines, milestones, and pending activities.
- Identify any delays or issues at the earliest stage.
- If there is any delay, immediately update the Sales Team and coordinate for necessary action.
- Ensure projects are completed within the committed timeline.
- Daily Work Progress Updates
- Monitor the daily work progress of all ongoing projects.
- Collect daily updates from the concerned project/technical teams.
- Prepare and share daily project progress updates with the Sales Team.
- Highlight completed work, pending activities, delays, and expected completion dates.
- Coordination & Communication
- Act as a coordination point between the Project Team, Sales Team,



Technical Team, and clients.
- Ensure smooth communication and timely flow of project-related information.
- Follow up on pending activities and ensure necessary actions are completed on time.
- Project Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain updated records of project status, timelines, client communications, and completion details.
- Prepare regular project status reports for management and the Sales Team.
- Escalate critical project issues or delays to the concerned management immediately.

Main Objective

The primary responsibility of the Project Integration Department is to ensure that projects are closely monitored, properly coordinated, completed within the committed timeline, and regularly updated to both clients and the Sales Team.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
