Role & responsibilities

Contact potential customers and explain loan products.

Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable loan options.

Collect and verify necessary documents.

Assist customers throughout the loan application process.

Follow up with banks/NBFCs regarding loan approval status.

Maintain customer records and update CRM systems.

Achieve monthly sales and loan disbursement targets.

Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer queries.

Preferred candidate profile

Positive communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic knowledge of recruitment processes.

Ability to work independently and in a team.

Familiarity with MS Excel, Word, and job portals.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.
