Location: All shifts work onsite in our Mysore , India office located at:3rd FLOOR, 828 and 829, Vijayanagara I Stage, Devaraja Mohalla Mysuru, Karnataka 570017.

Hours: Monday - Friday from 11:30 am - 8:30 pm, IST
The shift may rotate at times when mid-shift or night-shift teams have specific client KPI initiatives which require attention.

As a Process Trainer - Revenue Cycle, you will play a critical role in developing and delivering training programs that prepare employees to excel in healthcare revenue cycle operations. This role is responsible for onboarding new hires, delivering refresher training,



supporting process readiness initiatives, and reinforcing performance improvement efforts across our global Revenue Cycle Management teams. You will partner closely with Operations, Quality, Human Resources, and leadership teams to ensure employees have the knowledge, skills, and resources necessary to achieve quality, productivity, compliance, and client service expectations. - Design and deliver training programs for new hires, freshers, and experienced employees across revenue cycle functions.
- Train employees on end-to-end US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management processes, workflows, systems, and performance standards.
