We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our team at eB2BMart, a growing B2B marketplace.

The candidate will be responsible for handling business inquiries and generating sales through leading B2B platforms such as Justdial, IndiaMART, TradeIndia, Aajjo, and other online B2B marketplaces.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable speaking with business owners, manufacturers, suppliers, distributors, wholesalers, and other B2B buyers/sellers and should have a strong focus on lead conversion.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle and follow up with leads received through *IndiaMART, Justdial, TradeIndia, Aajjo, and other B2B platforms.
- Contact potential customers through *phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend relevant products/services.
- Convert online B2B inquiries into qualified leads and successful sales.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with existing and potential customers.
- Negotiate prices, quantities, delivery requirements, and other commercial terms.




- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, quotations, and sales.
- Update customer and lead information in the company's CRM/Excel system.
- Coordinate with the internal team regarding product availability, pricing, quotations, and order processing.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Identify new business opportunities through B2B portals and online sources.
- Maintain good relationships with customers to generate repeat business.
- Monitor competitors, pricing, and market trends on B2B platforms.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B sales / inside sales / tele-sales.*
- Prior experience working with *IndiaMART, Justdial, TradeIndia, Aajjo, or similar B2B platforms is preferred.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable making a high volume of sales calls and follow-ups.
