Role & responsibilities
18+ years of experience in the Life Insurance industry, with substantial and relevant experience specifically in driving Agency channel strategy
- Proven track record of leading large-scale, Pan-India agency recruitment, advisor development, productivity or transformation programs.
- Demonstrated success in building and scaling high-quality advisor/FC franchises, including Top Advisor and MDRT pipelines.
- Experience in quality recruitment, advisor activation, career progression, productivity enhancement and retention.
- Solid understanding of Agency strategy, advisor economics, productivity levers and the competitive Agency landscape.
- Experience in building Elite/Premier Advisor or similar differentiated advisor models will be strongly preferred.
Preferred candidate profile
Must be Post Graduate with 15+ years in Life Insurance Industry managing Agency / Tied Channel Strategy
