Experience: 5-9 Years | IT Non-IT
- Develop current business with Direct Clients, Tier-1 Partners Implementation Partners
- Generate staffing opportunities across IT, Construction, Manufacturing, Finance, Engineering, Healthcare other domains
- Manage client relationships and revenue targets
- Lead and mentor recruitment teams
- Drive placements and business growth

Must Have: Strong US Staffing BD experience, established client/partner relationships, leadership skills, and excellent communication.
US Non-IT Recruiter

Experience: 2-4 Years
- End-to-end US Non-IT recruitment
- Source, screen, and interview candidates
- Recruit for Construction, Manufacturing, Production, Finance, Tax,



Engineering IT
- Coordinate interviews, negotiations, offers, and joining
- Maintain candidate relationships and meet recruitment targets

Must Have: US Non-IT staffing experience and excellent English communication.
Work Details
- Location: Near Nagole Metro, Hyderabad
- Work Mode: On-site
- Shift: 6:30 PM - 3:30 AM IST
- Days: Monday-Friday | Saturday Sunday Off
- Employment: Full-Time
