Role Description

The Embedded Software Developer is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai. This role involves designing, coding, testing,



and debugging embedded software for systems used across Radiance Realty’s operations, such as building automation, IoT-enabled infrastructure, and internal hardware platforms.

What they’ll work on:

• Internal tools replacing manual/Excel-based processes (e.g., financial models, collections forecasting)

• New AI-powered applications as ideas come up, end-to-end: build, deploy, maintain, iterate

• Integration with the Claude/Anthropic API for LLM-powered features

Required experience:

• 3-5 years as a full-stack developer (React/Next.js + Python or Node.js)

• Database design experience (PostgreSQL or similar)

• Hands-on experience integrating LLM APIs (Anthropic, OpenAI, or similar) — actual API/function-calling work, not just usage as an end user

• Comfortable working directly with a business stakeholder to translate requirements into software, without heavy spec documents

Nice to have:

• Experience with ERP/CRM systems (SAP, Oracle, Salesforce
