Role & Responsibilities
- Outbound & Inbound Calling: Connect with dealers, distributors, system integrators, and electrical contractors across regions to pitch CCTV cameras, PoE switches, fiber optical cables, and rack enclosures.
- Lead Generation & Qualification: Handle inquiries generated via digital platforms (IndiaMART, WhatsApp, social media, website) and qualify potential buyers.
- Quotations & Product Sharing: Share updated price lists, product catalogs, and customized quotations with clients promptly.
- Follow-up & Conversion: Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective dealers and clients to convert inquiries into confirmed orders.
- Database & CRM Management: Maintain daily logs of calls, customer feedback, and lead statuses in Excel or CRM software.
- Coordination: Coordinate with the sales, dispatch, and technical support teams to ensure timely order dispatch and customer satisfaction.
- Dealer Network Expansion:



Assist the sales management team in onboarding new dealers and expanding the regional distribution network.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience: 1 to 3 years of proven experience in telecalling, inside sales, or B2B client coordination (experience in electronics, hardware, or security industry is a robust plus).
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills in Hindi and English; regional language knowledge is an added advantage.
- Education: Minimum Graduate in any stream (Diploma or technical background preferred).
- Technical Aptitude: Basic understanding of CCTV systems, networking, or security hardware terminology.
- Computer Proficiency: Good working knowledge of MS Excel, email correspondence, and CRM tools.
- Soft Skills: Target-oriented, polite, persistent, and capable of handling customer queries professionally.
