What Were Looking For:
Minimum 5 years of Life Insurance sales experience
Solid expertise in Agency/Distribution channels
Proven track record in advisor recruitment and productivity management
Strong leadership, relationship-building, and business development skills
Performance rating of 3 and above in the last appraisal cycle
