As a DV360 support associate you will work with external & internal customers (client/Resellers/GMP/Agency/Account Manager) & support Google Marketing Platform queries pertaining to DV360 thus providing support to client employees and Advertisers / clients directly on campaign performance-related issues. All of your efforts go toward ensuring that our ad products are working and our customers optimize them to deliver desired results.

These are highly paid services for customers across B-B & B-C hence will require excellent communication & product knowledge skills specific to DV 360 offerings.

Process Proficiency Required - Should be expert in

Google Platform DV360 product certified

Superior Language & Customer service mindset for all channels (Phone, Chat & Email)

Deep understanding of Google product/services and ecosystem

Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Bachelors degree in STEM, Marketing, Information Technology, Business Administration, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience:



Minimum of 2 to 4 years of dedicated technical support or campaign management experience on DV360.
- Certifications: Active Google Marketing Platform certifications (DV360 Certification) and Google Ads search/display certifications are highly preferred.
- Communication: Exceptional English verbal and written communication skills with a proven track record of explaining complex technical topics to non-technical stakeholders via email, chat, and phone support channels

Core Responsibilities
- Advanced Platform Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve complex errors related to campaign architectures, Insertion Orders (IOs), and Line Items (LIs) within DV360.

Google Ads & Ecosystem Bridging: Identify and troubleshoot tracking, conversion synchronization, and audience segment population issues routing between Google Ads, Campaign Manager 360 (CM360), and DV360.

Creative & Ad-Serving QA: Root-cause investigate creative rejects, ad-serving delivery drops, and track
