Position Summary

We are seeking a knowledgeable, customer-focused, and detail-oriented Product Specialist / Customer Service Representative to support customers with product questions, order inquiries, service issues, and general account support. This role is ideal for someone who can learn products quickly, communicate clearly, resolve customer concerns professionally, and provide a positive customer experience across multiple channels. The ideal candidate should be patient, organized, reliable, and comfortable working with customers by email, chat, phone, social media, or website messaging. This person should also be able to explain product details, document customer issues, escalate concerns when needed, and support the overall customer journey from inquiry to resolution.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with SEO-related administrative tasks such as keyword tracking, page update coordination,



and performance reporting support.
- Prepare reports, presentations, summaries, and marketing documents for leadership review.
- Maintain organized digital files, databases, and project trackers to ensure accuracy and smooth workflow.
- Planning, supporting, and executing marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
- Assisting with brand awareness, lead generation, product launches, service promotions, product research and customer engagement initiatives.
- Using marketing tools to, track performance, monitor engagement, and support campaign execution.
- Reviewing campaign data to evaluate performance, ROI, conversions, engagement, reach, traffic, and customer response.
- Coordinating with leadership, sales, design, web, social media, operations, and other teams to ensure projects are completed on time.
