Job Responsibilities
- Supervise the installation and maintenance of HT (High Tension) and LT (Low Tension) power lines and highway lighting.
- Manage overhead line projects and underground cabling work safely and efficiently.
- Oversee daily on-site electrical operations and guide the field technicians.
- Test and commission electrical systems to ensure they meet quality and safety standards.
- Track project progress and prepare daily progress reports (DPR) on a computer.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Education: Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
- Field Experience: Strong working knowledge of HT/LT lines, overhead networks, underground cables and highway lighting.
- Computer Skills: Positive knowledge of basic computer applications like Microsoft Word, Excel, and Email.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to read electrical drawings and solve on-site technical issues quickly.
- Communication: Clear communication skills to manage laborers and talk with clients.
