Executive Assistant to Co-founder
Delhi / Noida / Ghaziabad (Delhi NCR)
Experience: 1 -4 years

We're not looking for someone to just manage a calendar and file paperwork. This role sits close to the Co-founder, and it's built for someone with a creative brain who can think on their feet, not someone stuck in a purely administrative mindset.

What you'll actually be doing:
- Running point on the Co-founder's schedule, priorities and follow-ups so nothing falls through the cracks
- Sitting in on brand, design and marketing conversations and actually contributing, not just taking notes
- Coordinating with creative, marketing and design teams to keep projects moving
- Drafting communication, presentations and content that doesn't read like it was written by a committee
- Managing vendor and stakeholder relationships that need a creative sensibility, not a checklist
- Jumping into whatever the day throws at you. Some days that's admin. Some days that's brainstorming a campaign idea.

Who we want:
- 1–4 years of experience, ideally with some exposure to fashion, textiles, lifestyle,



retail, advertising, media, design or architecture
- Someone who comes from or genuinely gets a creative/advertising/design background. If your last three jobs were pure ops or admin, this probably isn't your role
- Sharp communication skills, in writing and in person
- Comfortable working directly with founders and moving at their pace
- Organised, but not rigid. This role needs flexibility more than it needs a perfect filing system
- A young, current sensibility. You should know what's happening in design and culture right now, not five years ago

Why this role's different:

Most EA roles are built around admin. This one's built around judgement. You'll be in the room for decisions, not just scheduling them.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Noida Sector 62, Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
