About the Role

Future Agri & Foods Private Limited is looking for a
Certification Manager
to manage and maintain our organic certifications and ensure compliance with applicable organic standards for our processing and export operations.

The ideal candidate should have practical knowledge of
NPOP, USDA-NOP, and EU Organic Standards
and be comfortable handling certification documentation, audits, inspections, corrective actions, and coordination with certification bodies.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain
NPOP, USDA-NOP and EU Organic certifications
.
- Ensure day-to-day operations comply with applicable organic standards and certification requirements.
- Prepare and maintain certification-related documents, records, registers, SOPs and manuals.
- Coordinate with certification bodies,



inspectors and auditors for inspections and certification processes.
- Prepare the facility and documentation for
annual inspections and surveillance audits
.
- Handle
Non-Conformities (NCs)
and prepare corrective and preventive action plans (CAPA).
- Maintain organic input, processing, production, inventory and traceability records.
- Ensure proper
traceability and segregation of organic and conventional products
.
- Review supplier/vendor organic certificates and maintain supplier approval records.
- Coordinate with procurement, production, quality and export teams regarding certification requirements.
- Maintain product lists, scope certificates and transaction/export certification documentation.
- Ensure labels, packaging and product claims comply with applicable organic regulations.
- Monitor changes in
NPOP, USDA-NOP and EU organic regulations
and communicate relevant changes internally.
- Support certification applications, renewals, scope
