We are actively looking for a skilled Civil Engineer with 4+ years of experience to oversee site execution for our upcoming residential tower project in Mumbai. The ideal candidate must have direct experience navigating the complexities of high-rise construction in the Mumbai region.

Job Overview
As a Civil Engineer, you will manage day-to-day on-site construction operations, ensuring structural integrity, safety, and timely project delivery. You will serve as the primary link between the corporate project management team, structural consultants, and on-site contractors.

Key Responsibilities
Site Execution: Supervise RCC framework, masonry, waterproofing, and high-end finishing works for residential high-rises.
Quality Control: Check reinforcement, shuttering, and concrete pouring against approved structural blueprints.
Drawing Review: Interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings accurately before executing work.
Progress Tracking: Prepare and submit Daily Progress Reports (DPRs) to the Project Manager.
Material Management:



Verify the quality and quantity of incoming site materials to minimize wastage.
Coordination: Align operations with contractors, labor forces, and safety officers to maintain zero-accident sites.
Snagging: Conduct strict pre-handover inspections and resolve final punch-list items.

Candidate Requirements
Education: Diploma / BE / ME in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.
Experience: Minimum 4+ years of on-site execution experience with real estate developers (Mumbai)
Mandatory History: At least one completed or ongoing Residential Tower (High-Rise) project within the Mumbai geographical area.
Technical Skills: Sound knowledge of high-rise concrete technology, basement works, and local building norms.
Software: Basic proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, or Microsoft Project.
Traits: Solid leadership, dispute resolution capabilities, and willingness to work flexible site hours.
