The Role:

We are seeking an astute, high-performing Chartered Accountant skilled to serve as Manager/Deputy Manager to directly report to the Director Legal & Compliances. In this crucial leadership-track role, you will take hands-on ownership of the group's financial closures, tax compliances and litigations, RERA governance, and cross-functional legal document control pertaining to Sales Accounting Team. You will act as the key bridge between financial auditing and project execution teams, ensuring 100% statutory compliance and strict internal risk control.

Key Responsibilities

1. Taxation, Notices & Litigations Statutory Notice Handling:
- Act as the primary gatekeeper for handling incoming Income Tax and GST notices; draft professional, technically sound responses and manage communication with tax authorities during scrutiny/assessment workflows.
- Returns Management: Supervise the timely preparation, review, and filing of all GST & Income Tax statutory returns, monthly TDS/TCS workings,



and associated compliance payments.

2. Corporate Accounts, Financial Reporting, Audits & Strategic Finance Financial Closure & Reporting
- Lead Monthly, Quarterly, Half-Yearly and Annual Book Closure activities across group entities, ensuring accuracy, completeness and adherence to applicable Accounting Standards and regulatory requirements.
- Perform detailed Ledger Scrutiny and General Ledger Reviews to identify accounting anomalies, unusual transactions, unreconciled balances, and compliance risks.
- Review Trial Balance, Profit & Loss Account, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow Statements before finalization and submission to management, auditors and regulatory authorities.
- Prepare monthly MIS reports covering project-wise profitability, collections, receivables, payables, inventory movement, cost overruns and fund utilization.
