About the Role

Yash Realty Group is looking for a motivated Sales Executive to join our Commercial Leasing team in Pune. The role involves generating leads, understanding clients’ office-space requirements, identifying suitable commercial properties, conducting meetings, coordinating property visits, and supporting transactions through to closure.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business leads through calling, networking, references, digital platforms, and market research
- Connect with prospective clients and understand their commercial office-space requirements
- Meet clients at their offices to discuss their requirements and present suitable solutions
- Source and shortlist appropriate commercial properties based on client needs
- Coordinate and conduct property visits with clients
- Prepare proposals, property comparisons, and commercial details
- Follow up with clients, property owners, developers, and channel partners




- Support negotiations and documentation throughout the transaction process
- Maintain complete and accurate records of leads, enquiries, calls, meetings, follow-ups, visits, proposals, and deal stages in the CRM
- Provide regular progress updates to the Senior Manager and Management
- Build and maintain professional relationships with clients and property owners
- Achieve assigned sales and business-development targets

Candidate Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline
- Previous experience in commercial real estate, coworking, managed offices, property consulting, lead generation, or B2B sales is preferred
- Freshers with strong communication skills and an interest in real estate may also apply
- Positive verbal and written communication skills
- Confident, presentable, organised, and willing to learn
- Comfortable with cold calling, client meetings, and field sales
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Ex
