About the Role

We are looking for a Senior US Recruiter to join our Haridwar team.

This is a full-time, permanent, 100% in office position. This is not a hybrid or remote role.

We are looking for someone with strong hands-on US recruiting experience, particularly in manufacturing, engineering, industrial, machinery, automation, or skilled-trades recruitment.

This is a hands-on recruiting role. You will take ownership of requirements from sourcing and screening through submission, interviews, and placement.





We are especially interested in recruiters with experience in direct and passive candidate sourcing, rather than candidates whose background is primarily vendor-based recruiting.

What You'll Be Doing
- Recruit candidates for US-based manufacturing, engineering, industrial, and skilled-trades positions.
- Proactively source both active and passive candidates.
- Use LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Monster, resume databases, and other sourcing channels.
- Create effective Boolean searches based on job requirements.
- Build candidate pipelines from scratch.
- Conduct candidate screening and qualification calls.
- Evaluate candidates based on technical skills, experience, location, compensation, availability, and overall fit.
- Present qualified candidates to US clients.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
- Maintain consistent follow-up throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain accurate recruiting activity in the ATS.
