About the Role

The Jobsync is looking for enthusiastic and communication-oriented candidates to join our HR & Recruitment team as HR Interns, HR Management Trainees or HR Executives.

The role is primarily focused on candidate engagement, recruitment calling, profile registration and maintaining candidate relationships through The Jobsync portal.

Key Responsibilities
- Make professional calls to candidates regarding relevant job opportunities.
- Explain The Jobsync portal, registration process and available career opportunities.
- Encourage suitable candidates to register and complete their profiles on the portal.
- Understand candidates' educational qualifications, skills, experience, preferred roles and career interests.
- Maintain accurate candidate information and recruitment records.




- Follow up with candidates regarding profile completion and suitable vacancies.
- Coordinate with the recruitment team regarding candidate requirements and job openings.
- Maintain regular communication with registered candidates for relevant opportunities.
- Support sourcing, screening and shortlisting of candidates.
- Assist in recruitment drives, campus recruitment activities and candidate engagement programs.
- Maintain qualified communication through calls, email and other approved communication channels.
- Achieve assigned daily/weekly candidate-engagement and registration targets.

Final-Semester Students:
