About the role

We’re hiring a Senior Performance Marketing Specialist to own day-to-day campaign execution across quick-commerce platforms for our brand clients. You’ll be the hands-on engine of the account — building, optimising, and scaling paid campaigns across Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, Amazon Now, and Flipkart Minutes — and the person who turns spend into measurable performance.



This is an execution-heavy role for someone who lives in the platforms daily and knows what moves ROAS on quick commerce specifically.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Build, deploy, and optimise keyword/search and banner/awareness campaigns across all in-scope quick-commerce platforms.

Manage daily budgets, bids, and campaign pausing/resumption in line with agreed mandates.

Run keyword strategy — top-of-search placement, organic-rank-aware bidding, and continuous keyword refinement.

Execute pin-code and matched-market targeting, pushing high-performing SKUs in the regions where they convert.

Handle account and access operations, including OTP-based authentication and secure day-to-day platform management.

Track and act on spend, impressions, CTR, CPC, conversions, CVR, and ROAS at a platform-by-platform level.

Regular performance reporting and flag optimisation opportunities early.

Coordinate with brand teams on mandates, creative assets, and go-live calendars.
