We are looking for proactive, results-oriented US Recruiters who are willing to work on US Core Engineering requirements to source and hire qualified engineering professionals for our US-based clients.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage the complete US recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, submissions, interview coordination, offer follow-up, and onboarding support.

* Recruit candidates across Mechanical, Electrical, Controls, Automation, Manufacturing, Quality, Validation, and other engineering disciplines.

* Understand client requirements, technical skills, job responsibilities, locations, and project expectations.

* Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, internal databases, referrals, and professional networks.

* Conduct detailed screening calls to assess technical experience, communication skills, employment status, work authorization, location, availability, and compensation expectations.

* Create Boolean search strings and develop role-specific sourcing strategies.





* Submit properly screened and qualified profiles within the required turnaround time.

* Coordinate interviews and maintain regular follow-ups with candidates and hiring teams.

* Update candidate profiles, submissions, interview feedback, and recruitment activity in CEIPAL ATS.

* Build and maintain a strong pipeline of engineering professionals across the United States.

* Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Required Skills

* Positive understanding of US staffing and recruitment processes.

* Experience recruiting for engineering and technical positions.

* Strong knowledge of US work authorizations, including US Citizen, Green Card, H-1B, H-4 EAD, L-2 EAD, OPT, and CPT.

* Hands-on experience with CEIPAL ATS is preferred.

* Proficiency in LinkedIn sourcing, job portals, resume databases, and Boolean searches.

* Strong screening, negotiation, communication, and follow-up skills.

* Ability to work independently
