- We are looking for a Campaign Marketing Executive to plan, execute, and optimize customer communication campaigns primarily through WhatsApp and Email. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in campaign execution, customer segmentation, content coordination, campaign tracking, and performance analysis.

The candidate will work closely with the Marketing, Sales, Product, and Business teams to execute targeted campaigns that drive customer engagement, leads, conversions, and retention.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute WhatsApp and Email marketing campaigns based on business and marketing objectives.
- Create and manage campaign calendars for promotional, transactional, engagement, lead-generation, and customer-retention campaigns.
- Segment customer databases based on customer profile, product interest, behaviour, geography, lifecycle, and other relevant parameters.
- Coordinate with internal teams to prepare engaging campaign content, creatives, offers, and communication copies.
- Schedule and launch campaigns while ensuring accuracy of customer data, messaging,



links, offers, and campaign details.
- Monitor campaign delivery, open rates, click-through rates, engagement, leads, conversions, and other relevant KPIs.
- Conduct A/B testing of subject lines, messages, creatives, CTAs, and campaign timing to improve performance.
- Maintain campaign reports and provide regular performance updates to management.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer engagement and campaign conversion rates.
- Coordinate with the sales/business team to ensure timely follow-up on leads generated through campaigns.
- Maintain proper campaign records, databases, templates, and communication history.
- Ensure campaigns follow internal processes, customer communication guidelines, and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Work on re-engagement and retention campaigns for existing customers.
- Research customer behaviour and market trends to develop relevant campaign
