Responsibilities
- Ensuring that all Roofing and cladding tasks are completed on time, within budget, and to the correct quality standards on this Aircraft Hangar MRO.
- Managing the Roofing and cladding teams, ensuring they are fully trained and competent in their roles and works are executed in accordance with the design intent.
- Reviewing and approving facade materials, ensuring they meet the requirements of the project specifications
- Overseeing the installation of Roofing and Cladding systems, ensuring they comply with building regulations and safety standards.
- Verify quality and progress of architectural finishes and construction elements.
- Coordinate with other supervisors and Project Management assist in resolving architectural and design issues to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Assist Project Management in scheduling, cost estimation, and procurement for architectural materials and services.
- Identifying potential issues or delays and implementing effective solutions
- Prepare, Maintain and present regular progress reports to management and stakeholders.
- Ensuring all work is carried out in compliance with the companys health and safety policies
Preferred candidate profile
- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or related field or Equivalent industry experience.
- Minimum of 5 years supervisory experience in finishing works on construction sites preferably in cladding works of PEB buildings.
- Solid knowledge of construction finishing processes and materials.
- Able to interact with multi-levels of management personnel within the organization and third parties such as clients, consultants and sub-contractors.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
