Finance Officer

About the Role

We are looking for a Finance Officer to manage day-to-day finance and accounting activities, support financial planning, and ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle daily accounting and finance-related activities.
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
- Prepare invoices, vouchers, payment records, and financial reports.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Perform bank reconciliation and monitor bank transactions.
- Assist with budget preparation, monitoring, and control.
- Support financial forecasting and cash-flow planning.
- Analyze actual financial performance against budgets and forecasts.
- Prepare MIS and other finance-related reports for management.
- Support GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance requirements.
- Monitor expenses and identify areas for cost control.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, vendors, and other stakeholders.




- Ensure compliance with company financial policies and procedures.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in finance/accounting.
- Good knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Strong understanding of budgeting and forecasting.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software such as Tally/ERP.
- Knowledge of GST and TDS.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
