Role Description The Appointment Setter is a full time, on-site role based in Kolkata. This role involves contacting potential and existing clients, explaining services clearly, and securing scheduled appointments for the sales or consulting team. The Appointment Setter will manage calendars, update appointment records, and follow up on leads to maximize conversion opportunities. Daily responsibilities include handling inbound and outbound calls, responding to inquiries, maintaining accurate data in CRM or scheduling tools, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth client interactions.



The role also requires providing courteous customer service, meeting productivity targets, and adhering to company processes and quality standards.
