About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Nutritionist to join the Cult team. The ideal candidate will help members achieve their health and fitness goals by providing personalized nutrition guidance, creating sustainable meal plans, and supporting lifestyle changes through regular coaching and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct one-on-one nutrition consultations and assess clients' dietary habits, health history, and fitness goals.
- Design personalized nutrition plans based on individual requirements and preferences.
- Educate members on healthy eating habits, portion control, and sustainable lifestyle practices.
- Monitor client progress through regular follow-ups and modify nutrition plans as needed.
- Collaborate with fitness coaches and other wellness professionals to deliver holistic health solutions.
- Maintain accurate client records and ensure timely documentation.
- Stay updated with the latest nutrition research and evidence-based dietary practices.
- Support member engagement through workshops, webinars, and wellness initiatives.




- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, Food Science, or a related field.
- Registered Dietitian (preferred, where applicable).
- 3+ years of experience in clinical nutrition, sports nutrition, wellness coaching, or fitness nutrition.
- Strong understanding of weight management, sports nutrition, and therapeutic diets.
- Excellent communication and counseling skills.
- Proficiency in digital consultation platforms and basic MS Office tools.
