We are looking for a responsible and energetic Store Manager to oversee daily operations at our bakery. The candidate will manage staff, ensure excellent customer service, maintain inventory, monitor sales, and uphold hygiene and quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily store operations
- Supervise and train staff
- Handle customer queries and complaints
- Monitor inventory and stock levels
- Ensure cleanliness and food safety compliance
- Achieve sales and service targets
Requirements:
- 1 years of experience in retail, bakery, café, or food service management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Basic knowledge of inventory and sales management
