Job Summary
The Junior HR Executive will support day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, assisting with recruitment activities, and coordinating onboarding and induction processes. This role will help implement HR policies, support employee engagement initiatives, and address basic employee queries in alignment with company guidelines.
The Junior HR Executive will also assist with attendance tracking, leave management, and preparation of HR reports, while collaborating with management to ensure compliance with relevant labor regulations. This is a full-time, in office role based in Rajkot, requiring close coordination with production and office teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in recruitment activities such as resume screening and interview coordination
- Support employee onboarding and induction processes
- Prepare and maintain employee files and HR documentation
- Update and manage employee records in HR systems and files
- Coordinate joining formalities and collect required documents
- Assist in maintaining attendance and leave records
- Handle basic employee queries related to HR processes
- Handle attendance on HRMS portal and track the employees
Required Skills
- Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR), with an understanding of core HR functions.
- Knowledge related to HR Operations and HR Policies, including documentation and compliance.
- Ability to manage Employee Relations, support conflict resolution, and promote a positive workplace culture.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools for documentation, reporting, and data management.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
Qualification & Experience
- BBA / MBA in HR / Any HR-related qualification (PGDM)
- Freshers or 0–1 year of experience
