Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented HR Manager to lead and manage the Human Resources function. The primary focus of this role will be Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, Employee Performance Management, and HR Operations.

The HR Manager will be responsible for ensuring the company attracts the right talent, builds solid teams, monitors employee performance, and supports the overall growth of the organization.

Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage the complete recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
- Create effective recruitment strategies to attract suitable candidates.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with department heads and management.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions.
- Monitor recruitment targets and improve sourcing performance.




- Build a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.
- Handle offer discussions, joining formalities, and onboarding.

Performance Management
- Develop and implement employee performance management systems.
- Set and monitor KPIs, KRAs, targets, and performance expectations for employees.
- Coordinate with department heads to review employee performance regularly.
- Maintain performance reports and employee productivity trackers.
- Conduct probation reviews and performance evaluations.
- Identify high-performing and underperforming employees.
- Prepare performance improvement plans for employees requiring improvement.
- Support management in employee confirmation, increments, promotions, and other performance-related decisions.
- Ensure employees understand their roles, responsibilities, and performance expectations.

Team & HR Management
- Manage employee attendance, leave, and HR records.
