We primarily handle
Sales hiring
, with most requirements currently focused on
Delhi NCR

What You'll Handle
- Candidate sourcing

- Shortlisting relevant profiles
- Interview coordination
- Candidate follow-ups through the hiring process
- Joining follow-up

How You Earn

This is a
commission-based revenue-sharing collaboration
.

You earn a commission for every successful placement you make.

Commission is released




after the candidate joins and once growfurTHR receives the corresponding payment from the client
.

There is no fixed salary or upfront payment under this model.

The commission structure and applicable terms will be clearly discussed and agreed upon before you start working on a requirement.

Sales recruitment experience will be preferred
, particularly experience with BDE, Inside Sales, Business Development, Field Sales, IT Sales and related roles.

Delhi NCR sourcing experience is an advantage.
