compliance, and timely execution.

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Tender Executive responsible for managing

the complete tendering lifecycle from opportunity identification to final submission and post-

bid tracking.

The role involves working extensively on government and PSU e-procurement portals,

preparing technical and commercial bids, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring





compliance with all tender requirements.

End-to-End Workflow:

Tender Identification → Portal Monitoring → Document Review → Bid Preparation →

Vendor Coordination → Costing & BOQ → Online Submission → Follow-up & Result

Tracking

Key Responsibilities

1. Tender Identification & Portal Monitoring
- Regularly monitor and identify relevant tenders from government and PSU portals
- Work actively on CPPP (Central Public Procurement Portal)
- Manage tenders from GeM (Government e-Marketplace)
- Handle railway-related tenders on IREPS (Indian Railways E-Procurement System)
- Track opportunities from State Government e-Tender portals (West Bengal & others)
- Evaluate tender documents, scope of work, eligibility criteria, and deadlines

2. Bid Preparation & Online Submission
- Prepare complete technical and commercial bids as per tender requirements
- Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with portal gui
