Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Telecalling Executive responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls, engaging with customers, generating leads, and ensuring timely follow-ups to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Handle customer queries and provide accurate information about products/services.
- Generate and qualify leads through telephonic conversations.
- Follow up with leads and customers to drive conversions.
- Maintain accurate call records, customer information, and follow-up details.
- Achieve assigned calling, lead generation, and conversion targets.
- Coordinate with relevant internal teams for customer requirements and issue resolution.
- Maintain a professional and positive customer experience.
- Prepare daily/weekly call and conversion reports.

Skills Required
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.




- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Customer-focused and target-oriented approach.
- Good follow-up and relationship management skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and CRM systems.
- Ability to handle high-volume calling and work under targets.
- Hindi and English communication skills; knowledge of regional languages would be an advantage.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- 13 years of experience in telecalling, customer support, inside sales, or telesales.
- Prior experience in FMCG, D2C, E-commerce, Retail, or Consumer Brands will be preferred.
- Candidates with robust communication skills and a result-oriented mindset are encouraged to apply.
