Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic Process Trainer from the Fintech sector to join our training team. You will lead a 15-day intensive training program for a major voice process. Your goal is to equip current hires with domain knowledge, customer handling skills, and compliance rules.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver Training: Conduct the 15-day onboarding and process training for voice agents.
- Fintech Domain: Teach concepts like digital payments, lending, wallets, and financial regulations.
- Voice Coaching: Train on communication, active listening, empathy, and objection handling.
- Assess Performance: Run daily quizzes, mock calls, and final throughput assessments.
- Feedback & Throughput: Provide constructive feedback to bridge skill gaps and ensure high certification rates.
- Reporting: Maintain training batches, attendance records, and daily performance dashboards.

Required Skills
- Fintech Experience: Minimum 2 to 4 years training experience in a Fintech or BFSI voice process.
- Voice Expertise: Strong command over English and Hindi
- Training Methodologies:



Proven ability to manage a strict 15-day training timeline effectively.
- Soft Skills: Deep understanding of customer service metrics (CSAT, FCR) and call monitoring.

Education
- Graduation in any stream (Commerce or Finance background is a plus)
