Key Responsibilities
Client Transformation & Training Excellence
- Conduct detailed fitness assessments and goal-setting consultations.
- Design customised, science-backed training programmes.
- Deliver high-impact one-on-one and group training sessions.
- Track measurable progress and drive visible client results.
- Modify plans based on performance, injuries, or health conditions.

Premium Member Experience




- Build long-term member relationships through motivation and accountability.
- Provide expert guidance on nutrition, supplementation, and recovery.
- Maintain Gold’s Gym/Cult training standards and floor discipline.
- Promote relevant fitness programmes and PT packages ethically and professionally.

Safety & Compliance
- Ensure safe usage of all gym equipment.
- Follow strict hygiene and operational protocols.
- Provide first aid/CPR support in emergencies.

What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 3+ years of professional training experience
- Valid Certification: ACE / NASM / K11 / GGFI (Mandatory)
- Robust communication skills in English
- Passion for fitness with a transformation-driven mindsetStrong sales orientation and member engagement skills
