- Handle calls with US Hospitals & Clinics
- Coordinate with Healthcare Providers
- Follow up for Medical Records
- Maintain Documentation & Call Logs
- Meet Client TAT.
Desired profile of the candidate
- 1+ Year International Voice Experience (Mandatory)
- Excellent English Communication
- Immediate Joiners Preferred
- Candidates with an employment gap of up to 3 months are eligible .
- Candidates with a gap of more than 3 months are not eligible
- Absconded Drop candidates will not be considered.
- No Lead Generation Profiles.
