Job Description: Gem Portal Executive

Role Overview

The Gem Portal Executive is responsible for managing listings, orders, and customer interactions on gem and jewelry e-commerce/B2B portals (such as company websites, marketplaces, or trade portals). This role ensures accurate product representation, smooth order processing, and timely coordination between buyers, sellers, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Upload, update, and maintain gemstone/jewelry listings on the portal with accurate descriptions, certifications, pricing, and images
- Process buyer inquiries, quotations, and orders through the portal in a timely manner
- Coordinate with inventory, quality control, and dispatch teams to ensure order fulfillment
- Verify gemstone certifications (e.g., GIA, IGI) and ensure compliance with portal listing standards
- Track order status, payments,



and shipments; resolve discrepancies promptly
- Communicate with international and domestic buyers regarding product availability, pricing, and delivery timelines
- Monitor portal performance metrics (views, inquiries, conversion rates) and suggest improvements
- Handle customer complaints, returns, or portal disputes professionally
- Maintain accurate records of transactions, invoices, and portal correspondence
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor listings, and portal policy changes

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
