- Provide direct nursing care, including assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient needs in accordance with established standards and policies
- Accurately administer medications, injections, and perform treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor and record vital signs, symptoms, and changes in patient condition; maintain accurate and detailed patient records/charts
- Respond effectively and calmly to medical emergencies and acute situations
- Educate patients and their families on health maintenance, disease prevention, and post-discharge care
- Assist physicians during examinations and procedures and communicate patient status effectively to the healthcare team
