Roles and Responsibilities
- Ensure timely completion of projects by coordinating with site teams, clients, and stakeholders.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, identify issues, and implement solutions.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality control plans.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and improve overall project performance.
- Provide guidance on mechanical engineering principles and best practices to junior engineers.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 1-2 years of experience in Project Engineering or related field (Mechanical).
- Diploma/B.Tech / B.E. degree in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized institution.
- Robust understanding of industrialization processes and ability to apply knowledge effectively.
- Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
