Job Summary

Ourika Estates is looking for a proactive and customer-focused CRM Executive to manage customer relationships from booking through possession and post-sales support. The role will be responsible for maintaining accurate customer records, coordinating with customers and internal departments, managing documentation, following up on payments, and ensuring a smooth and professional customer experience throughout the property-buying journey.

Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Relationship Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers after booking.
- Handle customer queries, requests, complaints, and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain regular communication with customers regarding project updates, payment schedules, documentation, and other requirements.
- Build strong and long-term relationships with customers.

Booking & Documentation




- Manage customer booking files and ensure all required documents are complete and updated.
- Coordinate for booking forms, allotment letters, agreements, KYC documents, payment receipts, and other relevant documentation.
- Ensure timely issuance and dispatch of customer documents.
- Maintain proper records of customer correspondence and commitments.

Payment & Collection Coordination
- Monitor customer payment schedules and follow up for outstanding payments.
- Coordinate with the Accounts/Finance team regarding receipts, outstanding dues, demand letters, and payment confirmations.
- Maintain accurate records of collections and pending payments.
- Communicate payment-related information to customers professionally.

Internal Coordination
- Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, Legal, Projects, and other departments to resolve customer requirements.
