We're building a current way for older adults to travel: with more confidence, comfort and freedom, while giving families greater peace of mind.
India's 50+ population is growing rapidly, yet travel continues to be designed primarily for younger audiences. We believe this is one of the most exciting and underserved consumer categories of the coming decade and early traction has only strengthened that belief.
As one of the earliest team members, you'll work directly with the founder and help build the company from the ground up.
THE ROLE
We're looking for an entrepreneurial generalist to join Sairr as one of our earliest team members. You'll work directly with the founder across
GTM, sales, partnerships and business operations
, with a simple mandate:
generate demand, acquire customers, and deliver exceptional travel experiences
.
This is a builder's role,
not a conventional corporate job. There is no playbook or narrowly defined job description. You'll identify opportunities, test ideas, speak to customers, build partnerships, solve problems and turn ideas into execution.
We're looking for someone who is
hungry, resourceful and commercially minded
—someone who wants to build, not simply execute tasks.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
GTM & Demand Generation
- Identify channels and experiments to generate demand and acquire customers.
- Build and test distribution through communities, societies, referrals, partnerships, digital channels and other creative approaches.
- Own the funnel from lead generation to conversion.
Sales & Customer Acquisition
- Speak directly with prospective travellers and families.
- Follow up with leads, understand objections and convert interest into bookings.
