- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, and social media.
- Screen resumes based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial candidate calls and understand candidate profiles.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients/internal teams.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Schedule interviews and ensure timely communication with candidates.
- Assist in preparing candidate profiles and sharing suitable resumes with clients.
- Maintain regular follow-up with candidates regarding interview status and joining.
- Support the recruitment team in achieving hiring targets.
Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹7,000.00 per month
