Key Responsibilities:
- Handle calls from insured members and explain the claim process.
- Coordinate with hospitals for appointment scheduling.
- Follow up with insurance companies for claim approvals.
- Register claims and issue approval letters.
- Ensure smooth claim processing and customer support.
· Note: Candidates must be comfortable working in night shifts.
Pay: ₹19,000.66 - ₹21,000.00 per month
