About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented
Technical Recruiter
who is keen to build a long-term career in the
recruitment/staffing industry
. The ideal candidate should enjoy working in a fast-paced agency setting, handling multiple technology requirements, engaging with candidates, and driving positions from sourcing to closure.

This role is ideal for recruiters who want to gain exposure to
multiple clients, technologies, industries, and hiring mandates
while developing strong recruitment and stakeholder-management skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Understand technical requirements and translate them into effective sourcing strategies.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, databases, and other channels.
- Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, location, compensation, and role fit.
- Conduct initial candidate discussions and assess technical as well as behavioral suitability.




- Maintain a strong and active candidate pipeline for multiple requirements.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the interview and offer process.
- Negotiate compensation and manage candidate expectations.
- Maintain accurate candidate and hiring data in ATS/internal recruitment systems.
- Work closely with internal recruiters, team leads, and account/client managers.
- Achieve individual and team-level recruitment targets and closure metrics.
- Build long-term relationships with candidates and maintain talent pools for recurring requirements.

Preferred Technical Hiring Exposure

Candidates with experience hiring for any of the following areas will be preferred:
- Software Engineering / Backend / Full Stack
- Java / .NET / Python / Node.js
- Frontend – React / Angular
- Data Engineering / Data Science / Analytics
- DevOps / Cl
