Role Overview

As a Business Development Intern, you will be responsible for identifying potential companies, connecting with HR professionals and hiring decision-makers, generating qualified leads, and scheduling business meetings for our recruitment services.

Key Responsibilities

Research companies with current or upcoming hiring requirements.

Identify HR, Talent Acquisition teams, founders and hiring managers.

Conduct professional cold calls to prospective companies.

Reach out to prospects through WhatsApp, email and LinkedIn.

Introduce Aventra Solutions and explain our recruitment services.

Generate and qualify B2B leads.

Follow up consistently with potential clients.

Schedule meetings between qualified prospects and the Aventra Solutions team.





Maintain and update the lead database/CRM.

Track daily outreach, conversations, follow-ups, leads and meetings.

Work towards monthly lead-generation and business-development targets.

Requirements

Positive English communication and interpersonal skills.

Confident and comfortable speaking with professionals over the phone.

Strong interest in sales, business development or recruitment.

Good research and follow-up skills.

Proactive, target-oriented and willing to learn.

Basic knowledge of LinkedIn, WhatsApp, email and Excel/Google Sheets.

Freshers and students are welcome to apply.
