Job Summary

SailPoint is seeking a Software Engineering Manager to lead a front-end team for the Identity Product. This Engineering team has the responsibility and technical expertise to drive the feature development amongst the broader Identity Product Engineering team to help ensure that our customers are provided timely and high-quality releases for Identity Product.

This responsibility includes oversight of a team of UI Engineers and QA Engineers. You will work with Product Managers to ensure business requirements are understood, estimated, developed, tested, and released to our customers.

To lead this team, we are looking to bring on an experienced and motivational manager who will be responsible for leading all aspects of Identity Product which relate to how our customers utilize the product to solve their complex identity and access management challenges in unique ways. A background in Agile software development environment is preferred.

This is a high-visibility leadership role with deep organization exposure, influence and ownership of mission-critical systems.

What You'll Make Happen
- Listen to what your team needs to deliver better UI software, then proactively do those things.
- Partner with Product Management to ensure your teams have clear tactical and strategic backlogs.
- Balance competing priorities to ensure we effectively ship recent features while resolving defects and managing technical debt.
