Job Summary

Maintains electrical systems by providing electrical power and equipment; offering engineering support.
Essential duties and responsibilities
- Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance
- Responding to breakdowns
- Diagnosing faults
- Repairing equipment
- Supervising technical staff
- Obtaining specialist components, fixtures or fittings
- Managing budgets
- Maintaining statistical and financial records
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation
- Creating maintenance procedures
- Managing stocks of supplies and equipment
- Daily hospital safety rounds
- Take regular floor/ facilities rounds and take energy conservation initiatives
- Assist at the time of emergency code activation
- Negotiate with vendors and material procurement
- Taking Training related to Electrical engineering
Working conditions




- Will work in Shifts (Morning, Evening Night) of 8.5 hours a day.
- Will remain on call for emergencies.
- Stretched working hours
