Position Overview:

As an Associate Manager / Manager / Senior Manager of Business Development focused on Probiotics, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and expansion of our company's business development function. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and secure new business opportunities within the probiotics market, fostering strategic partnerships, and maximizing revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities:

Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify potential opportunities and trends in the probiotics industry.
- Analyze the competitive landscape and industry developments to develop effective business strategies.
- Stay updated on regulatory changes and industry standards impacting probiotics products.

Business Development Strategy:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to drive revenue growth and market expansion for probiotics products.
- Identify key target markets and segments, and devise plans to penetrate and capitalize on those markets effectively.

Lead Generation and Prospecting:




- Generate leads and prospects through various channels, including networking events, trade shows, cold-calling, and digital outreach.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients and partners for probiotics products.

Client and Partner Relationship Management:
