About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive finance professional who can

effectively manage accounting operations, ensure compliance, and support

financial decision-making. This role is ideal for someone with strong accounting

knowledge who enjoys working with data, preparing reports, and coordinating with

auditors and management.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain books of accounts and ensure accurate recording of financial transactions

Prepare monthly MIS reports including P&L;, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow

Perform budget vs actual analysis and track financial performance

Monitor cash flow and assist in fund planning

Coordinate with auditors/CA firms for compliance, audits, and filings

Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance requirements

Support management with financial insights and decision-making data

Assist in cost analysis, pricing, and profitability tracking

• Ensure accuracy and timeliness in financial reporting and MIS preparation





• Maintain proper compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements

• Monitor cash flow effectively and support efficient fund management

• Deliver reliable financial insights to support business decision-making

• Maintain well-organized records for audits and due diligence

• Contribute to improving financial processes and internal controls

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting

• Proficiency in Tally and MS Excel for data management and analysis

• Familiarity with GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance processes

• Ability to prepare MIS reports and perform financial analysis

• Positive coordination skills to work with auditors and internal teams

• Basic understanding of cost analysis and profitability tracking

• Hands-on experience with Power BI or dashboards is an added advantage
